I’ll design workouts for you based on your fitness levels and where you stand in your fitness journey. You can be a newbie, beginner, intermediate or expert, we will design the workout schedule accordingly. (Example: if you're at 100+ kg, then you can only walk for now.)
Good. I won’t ask you to. If a farmer and labourer can stay fit then so can YOU. We use simple food from your Indian home kitchen, and use regular ingredients that are economical.
Maybe because everything you tried was non-sustainable, non-feasible and fancy enough to incorporate in your lifestyle and make it as a habit. My program won’t be like that.
Never. We adjust, not eliminate. Weight loss should feel like life, not punishment. Always remember that moderation is the KEY for sustainable and permanent fatloss.
Because most of it is noise. I’ll simplify everything for you with daily, doable actions.
You’ll only have to update 2 things daily: your weight & a few measurements. That’s it. I’ll handle the rest.
